Paradigm is partnered with WGI Sport of the Arts in committing to building a community where participants can learn together in an atmosphere free of emotional, physical, and sexual misconduct. Effective for the 2022 season and beyond, all adult instructional and administrative staff having regular contact with or authority over participants of any group participating in any WGI event must complete the “SafeSport™ Trained” Abuse Prevention course.

If you have reason to suspect any staff, member, or volunteer at Paradigm of potential misconduct, use the form below to send a report. All reports will be sent to multiple members of staff to prevent accused parties from removing the report. If you wish to remain anonymous, you may leave the name and email fields blank. Paradigm takes all accusations very seriously and will work to ensure the proper actions are taken.
